We can host a paint party in the following venues . We work with venues across the UK, for a list of venues please contact us.
EVENT STRUCTURE
- We require one hour set-up time prior to the event and one hour to clear down.
- We send the lead organiser a selection of pictures to choose what their team will paint at the event, or we can choose one for you.
- The length of time normally allocated to painting is two hours, including a couple of short breaks. Timings can be flexible and we are happy to work around any timescales that you might have.
- Prices are comprehensive and include all materials (table easel, artists paintbrushes, acrylic paint, 16 x 20 inch canvas, palettes, water cups, and apron use).
- Events are for all abilities, all materials are provided and everyone gets to take their finished canvas back to hang in the office or home at the end.
PAYMENT TERMS
- We require a minimum spend for all events.
- £100 non-refundable deposit payable upon confirmation of the event to secure the date.
- Final numbers and balance payable 7 days prior to the event.
- Payment terms are negotiable and bill back facilities are available upon request.
